आईसीआईसीआई (ICICI) में शिकायत कैसे दर्ज करें?
यदि आईसीआईसीआई बैंक, उसके कर्मचारी या उसकी किसी भी सेवा से असंतुष्ट है तो नीचे दिये गए स्टेप्स को फॉलो करते हुए, Complaint File कर सकते है|
1. पहले ICICI शिकायत पोर्टल पर जाए – क्लिक
2. वहाँ EMAIL पर क्लिक करने पर एक फॉर्म आयेगा|
3. फॉर्म में अपनी डिटेल्स देकर, फिर सबमिट कर दे|
4. अब प्राप्त Service Request Number को नोट कर ले|
5. और इस तरह आपकी कंप्लेंट दर्ज हो जायेगी|
अगर आप पहले एक बार शिकायत कर चुके है, लेकिन अभी तक आपकी समस्या का कोई समाधान नहीं निकाला गया है तो आप दूसरा फॉर्म डाउनलोड करके, उसे भरकर सबमिट कर सकते है और दूसरी बार में भी कोई हल ना निकले तो तीसरे स्टेप के फॉर्म को भरकर सबमिट कर दे|
